At Nottingham on Call we exist to help our customers live independent lives. We will always be there to help if someone has a fall, feels unwell or hurts themselves and needs assistance.

We know that as you get older or circumstances in your life change, it can become harder to live independently. But we also know how important it is that you are able to stay living in your own home. 

You may find as a family member that you are concerned about your Mum or Dad, Granny or relative or family friend. We understand that you can’t always be there. But we can. Thanks to our 24 hour, seven days a week monitoring service, we can make sure someone is there if your loved one needs them.

We have a range of products and services available to help you or your loved one, to live an independent life at home.

We are based in the heart of Nottingham and our local response service is available day or night. Because everyone who works for Nottingham on Call is local, our team is very knowledgeable. We know the local area, services and roads, and we can get out to you as quickly as possible if you need us.


We’re always looking for new innovations to enhance our service offer to you. We will always look to find the best technology available and better ways to deliver our service to you.

Our service is not just available to individuals across Nottingham and its neighbouring districts. We work in Rushcliffe, Ashfield and even East Derbyshire. Where did Nottingham on Call start?
